The workers in Stoke-on-Trent's pottery factories are very special. They have such wonderful knowledge of the centuries-old traditions that have been passed down over the years. We wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve - after all we couldn't make our figurines without them! We have written about their individual skills and personalities in the free article 'Our Special Touch' and will feature people in more depth in our email updates.
