The beauty of the sculpting of this limited edition figurine can be clearly seen in this photograph of the original clay model.The sculpture has now been 'Blocked' or moulded by our highly skilled blocker and the first cast has been taken. This is always a 'moment of truth' - Has the moulding gone ok? Has the first cast come out of the mould successfully? "Rose Garden" Has an extra potential problem to most other limited edition figurines - That is - her parasol. It has to be joined onto the figure in exactly the right place to ensure that the handle lines up properly between her hand and the centre of the parasol. (Fortunately, at this stage, we are happy to report that it does!)
