Dear Janine,
Thanks for getting in touch about your Kate Middleton figurine. I will be asking for payment of the balance of the cost in a couple of weeks, when your figurine is about to be ready to send to you.
Your actual one has already been cast and she is going through a whole series of skilled hands to get her just right - as beautiful as the original sample. She will be glazed this week and I expect that she will be ready to send in about a months time.
