Limited Edition Figurines Made in England
Traditional limited edition figurines made in England have always been highly regarded for their design and quality.
The UK Figurine Collective is determined to make sure that this tradition still applies to our Fine Bone China figurines, which we guarantee are made exclusively in England.
Based in the heart of the Potteries, in Stoke-on-Trent, we are a small group of artists and designers who want to do everything that we can for the once thriving English pottery industry and ensure that not everything is moved to Far East manufacture.
The founder members of The UK Figurine Collective, John Bromley, Peter Holland and Tony Young decided that they had to do something to keep the tradition of Limited edition figurines made in England alive.
"Champagne Ball" is the new figurine from John Bromley, made exclusively for The UK Figurine Collective
John Bromley discusses his finished model, "As Lovely as You", with Andrew Henshall, the 'blocker' whose job it is to cut up the original sculpture and make plaster of Paris moulds. If Andrew gets it wrong, the months of hard work done so far would be ruined
"John Bromley must be the most experienced figurine sculptor working in England today. He started work for Royal Doulton when he left art school in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, at the age of 17. That was fifty years ago and he has worked as a sculptor ever since, producing highly prized figures for all the major English companies, plus others overseas. His work is in museums and private collections around the world, including the royal family.

Peter Holland has worked as a sculptor for over twenty-five years. He too has worked for all the main English ceramics firms. His work has developed a very strong following from collectors, with his intimate portrayals of the human form.
Peter Holland applies the finishing touches to "Rose Garden", his first figurine for The UK Figurine Collective
Tony Young has been a designer within the ceramic industry for all his career. For many years he was the development director for collectables company, Compton & Woodhouse where he brought his expertise to the development of many figurines.
