Making China Figurines Comment - "Thank you for fantastic customer service!":- Good Afternoon, I would like to offer sincere thanks to both Tony and Peter for the fantastic customer service they provided me.

I will be receiving my edition of "As lovely as you" in a couple of days and cannot express how great an experience it has been dealing with you gentlemen.

This is another major reason why I love the fact that the collective's figurines are created in England. Collectors are in direct contact with the artists and the management team. How often do you see that? We certainly would not be able to do that if they were produced in Thailand.

I have such confidence in the quality and the beauty of the figurines created by the artists you presented us via this website. I know that all future purchases i will make through the collective will be, without a doubt, favourites in my collection.

I cannot wait to be able to send my first deposits for "Rose Garden" and "Champagne Ball".

Thanks again for the artistry and the service!

PS: I have a couple of suggestions:-

1 - Maybe a challenge - It would be nice to see a figurine of Audrey Hepburn.

2 - I also feel that a series of figurines inspired by the the "Outlander" series of books by Diana Gabaldon would be great. Claire, Jamie, Brianna would certainly be great to have in your selection and believe me. These figurines would not last long.

On behalf of the team I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and kindness in the face of adversity when your figure was 'lost in the post' by the postal service. This happens so rarely it was unfortunate to happen to one of our very best customers. We really do care about our collectors and I hope our actions spoke louder than words so to speak.
