royal doulton ballerina recall 1980's??

Does any1 know anything about a Royal Doulton white Ballerina 1980's?? the first batch that was sent out was recalled?? she isn't glazed pure white and i think shes holding ballet shoes?? realise this is a long shot but any help would be great thanks
