W & A Figurine Query

Would like to know if figurine is W&A Figurine and value? I have a figurine that has been in my family with the marking W&A (a crown above the W&A and below the W&A, "Bertram" The W&A with a crown is exactly as the one of the two markings you have on your website in a dialogue with Diane Ryan on these figurines. The only difference is the name "Bertram" below the crown and W&A. The figure is 5 inches and is a young boy with a top hat, holding a rose in his left hand. There was something in the right hand which may have been a walking stick as it's broken above and below the right hand (hand is still in tack). Appreciate your feedback.

P.S. I tried to send photos but despite saving the photos using the Picnik website, photos did not save within the requested memory.

The mark with the addition "Bertram" was used between 1935 and 1949. Check out the website - 'Porcelain marks and More' here for more detail

I am not sure of values but it has to be said that any damage will have a bad effect on most china figurines.
